I’m Caroline, founder of Our Journey Together. I created Our Journey Together with a simple goal: to help people discover a more flexible way of working, earn an income around their lifestyle, and create opportunities that give them greater freedom.

Having built my own business for 10 years as a marketing agency, I understand that success isn’t just about earning more — it’s about creating a life that works for you. Whether that means having more time with family, travelling more, or building something of your own, I believe everyone should have the opportunity to create a business around the life they want.

At Our Journey Together, we’re passionate about supporting people every step of the way — from getting started as an Independent Travel Agent to developing the confidence, skills, and knowledge needed to grow.

For me, it’s all about creating freedom, building confidence, and helping people turn their ambitions into a journey of their own.

I’m Gemma, Co-Founder of Our Journey Together, and I’m passionate about helping people see what’s possible when they choose to build a business around their lifestyle.

I know that starting something new can feel exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. That’s why I love being part of a community where people can learn, ask questions, build their confidence, and have support along the way.

Through Our Journey Together, we help aspiring Independent Travel Agents take that first step towards creating a flexible business, while giving them the tools, training, and encouragement they need to move forward.

I believe that work should support the life you want — not take you away from it. For me, Our Journey Together is about people, possibilities, and creating a future with more freedom.

I’m Olivia, 19 years old, and I spent the last year on a gap year travelling Australia and South East Asia. Coming back, I knew I wanted more from life, more freedom to actually experience and travel the world.

That’s exactly why this business made sense to me. Joining this opportunity has allowed me save and earn on my own trips, and now I’m building my own team to help other people do the same.

I’m doing all of this alongside building my career with a full-time business degree apprenticeship to prove that it can fit into your lifestyle. I will be sharing my honest experience along the way and would love for you to be a part of it.

Barbara joined the team purely to save money on her own travels — and quickly discovered just how much more the role could offer. Originally from Croatia, Barbara spends her summers travelling across Europe to reconnect with friends and family, making the most of every trip along the way.

Since gaining her travel agent credentials, Barbara now enjoys considerable savings on her own adventures, and loves helping others discover the same benefits. Her firsthand experience navigating European travel — combined with her genuine passion for connecting with people — makes her a warm, relatable voice within the team.

Nicola joins the team as Gemma's sister — and the newest addition to our growing family business. When Gemma saw the incredible value of this opportunity, bringing Nicola on board to sit at the top of her team structure, in what's known as the "millionaire spot," was an easy decision.

As Nicola begins her journey with us, our team will be working closely with her to build her confidence booking her own travel, before helping her grow a team of her own — just as Gemma has done. It's a fantastic example of how this business can bring families together, creating opportunities that benefit everyone involved.
