We’re Caroline, Gemma and Nicky — three friends who’ve known each other for over 35 years, having grown up together in our home town of Newport Pagnell. Life has taken each of us in different directions since then, but that friendship has never faded — and now it’s brought us back together, this time in business.
Caroline is based in East Yorkshire, bringing over 25 years of marketing expertise as a Marketing Director and agency owner. Gemma is based in Uttoxeter, with 25 years in HR, from HR Director to running her own HR consultancy. And Nicky, now settled in Weymouth, spent six years travelling the world on cruise ships before becoming an expert in events, sales and business development.
Different careers. Different corners of the UK. But underneath it all, we’re still the same three friends from Newport Pagnell — and we share the same passion: mentoring women to build a networking business from home, and create real additional income, on their own terms.
Why we started this together
We’ve watched each other grow up, build careers, raise families and go through everything life throws at you — and if there’s one thing 35 years of friendship has taught us, it’s that things are always better tackled together. So when we saw the chance to combine Caroline’s marketing know-how, Gemma’s understanding of people and confidence, and Nicky’s sales and relationship-building experience, it felt like the natural next chapter for the three of us.
We also know that timing and flexibility matter. Many of the women we work with are juggling family life, school runs and existing commitments — so we’ve built our training model to work with that, not against it.
How we train
Our programme runs to a rolling enrolment plan, deliberately set within school term times, so you can join when it suits your life:
- 3 weeks to become a confident Independent Travel Agent (ITA) — learning how to book travel, personal or for others, with real skill and confidence.
- 6 weeks for the full ITA and Affiliate programme — building on the travel skills and introducing the network marketing side, including how to start growing your own team.
By the end of the six weeks, graduates feel confident booking travel for themselves or clients, and have the foundations to start building their own team within the network marketing opportunity, if that’s the path they choose.
For those who want to go further, we coach alongside graduates interested in the Plannet Marketing affiliate programme — a route to passive income that runs alongside the travel side. It’s not just about learning a new skill; it’s about building genuine confidence, and starting to create a path towards freedom — financial and otherwise — together.
That’s really why we exist: not just to train people, but to walk alongside them, as friends, while they build something of their own.
